| Penerangan CU | Utilities equipment and system need maintenance unnecessary loss of production and revenue to the company. The unplanned utilities system maintenance involved various parties and section on board the platform. The planned process and utilities system maintenance involved various parties and section on board the platform as well as various onshore support parties/sections The planned maintenance requires detail planning prior to the actual shutdown. This is crucial and requires a thorough meeting and close coordination between various parties. All replacement spare parts must be available at the offshore platform before the shutdown begins. During the maintenance period all planned maintenance work must progress smoothly with less interruption as interruptions can prolong the maintenance period and delay in availabilities of the process and utilities equipment. Once all maintenance works are completed the planned start up of related equipment can be executed. All isolation and blockage put in place for the maintenance works must be removed prior to the start up. All equipment valves line up must follow the valve sequence. This event involves good planning and coordination from all parties/section involve for achieving a successful start up of equipment The person who is competent is this CU should be able to coordinate utilities system pre-maintenance activities and coordinate utilities system post maintenance activities The outcome of this competency is apply planning, effective communication and coordination skills during process/utilities pre and post maintenance activities The personnel who will be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- ?
