| Penerangan CU | The Forwarding Subordinates Administration CU describes the competency in administrating forwarding operation clerks as subordinates in the same section/unit of the supervisor. The person is involved in acting as a middle person between the executives and the clerks to perform the forwarding operational activities in accordance to company rules and regulations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify forwarding operation subordinate administration activity requirements, arrange forwarding operation subordinate administration activities, assign job / work, evaluate subordinate work performance, conduct briefing session, coordinate subordinate welfare programme, update subordinate administration activity report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the forwarding operation activities implemented as per job requirements and at the same time the schedule, work performance as well as welfare of the subordinates are monitored and taken care of.
