The person is involved in preparing and confirming required documentation based on shipment details in accordance with forwarding operation rules and regulations and company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify shipment information, prepare forwarding compliance information and documentation, confirm required documents according to checklist and requirements and complete compliance approval document. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the forwarding operation activities adhere to specific rules and regulations.
