Penerangan CUThe Forwarding Customer Service and Relations CU describes the competency in handling customers. It is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a product or service meets customer expectations.

The person assists customers in making cost effective and correct use of any forwarding services in accordance with the customers’ needs and company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify customer information on database, carry out shipping status notification, carry out transportation routing notification, handle customer grievances/complaints, handle cargo damage/loss as well as update customer service and relations activity report.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure that customer service and customer relations are done professionally and diligently.
