| Penerangan CU | The forwarding project management CU involves analysing, determining,preparing, planning, conducting and monitoring the project that has been given by the company.Forwarding project management is the discipline of planning, organising, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. A project is a temporary endeavour with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained and often constrained by funding or deliverables), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value. The person who is competent inthis CU shall be able to analyse project requirements, determine risk management aspect,prepare project cargo handling requirement, plan project cargo handling, carry out project classification and manage project progress The outcome of this competency is to ensure customers’ requirements are met in an efficient, reliable, economical and timely manner. |
