| Penerangan CU | The forwarding company’s policy and objective reviewis the competency that involves the analysis, preparation, management and reporting of the company’s policies and objectives implementation. Policiesand objectivesare principles or rules to guide decision-making and achieve rational outcomes. They are statements of intent and are implemented as proceduresor protocols. Policies and objectives are generally adopted by the Board or senior governance body within an organisation whereas procedures or protocols would be developed and adopted by senior executive officers. The person who is competent inthis CU shall be able to analyse departmental objectives and policy requirements, prepare forwarding operation policy, manage and report forwarding operation policy implementation management. The outcome of this competency is to develop standard quality practice in accordance with company guidelines and authorities’ regulations. |
