| Penerangan CU | HVAC and refrigeration maintenance describes the competencies required to perform maintenance work such as maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration units. An efficient HVAC and refrigeration system helps in making the harsh offshore environment as comfortable as possible. Heating, ventilation and other air-handling equipment need to be as tough, efficient and safe as the structures themselves. The components in these equipment undergo wear and tear and require maintenance by competent technicians. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify HVAC and refrigeration system maintenance requirements, perform visual inspection on HVAC and refrigeration units, perform HVAC and refrigeration units maintenance, perform functionality test and update maintenance logbook. . The outcome of this is efficient operation of the HVAC and refrigeration system. |
