| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in “Oil and Draught Survey”. He/she is responsible in recording all bunkering data, quality and quantity of oil for verification and acceptance. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform draught survey, perform oil volume calculation and conduct note of protest or acceptance. The outcome of this competency is the total volume of oil being discharge or loading from ship to shore tank or vice verse are acute, gain or lose. |
