| Penerangan CU | The forwarding operation resources management is the competency in identifying, analysing, proposing and coordinating support for the forwarding operation activities. Forwarding Operation Resources Management is the efficient and effective deployment of an organisation's resources when they are needed. Such resources may include financial resources, inventory, human skills, facilities and equipment resources. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify operational and potential business opportunity requirements, analyse transport, equipment, warehouse and skilled manpower requirements as well as propose operational resources needs and manage operation resources. The outcome of this competency is the sustainability of operation resources to conduct or support the task given or the job requested by the customer in order to ensure the forwarding operation performs according to customer satisfaction. |
