| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in “Pre-delivery Check”. He/she is responsible in checking or inspecting tool, equipment, pump, material, and document on board ships before deliveries done. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct toolbox meeting, check health and safety requirement, inspect ship tank, check shore cargo pump and pipeline, conduct oil quality test to compare with certificate and conduct air blow test. The outcome of this competency is ship tank are fully ready for oil transferring operation according to contract. |
