| Penerangan CU | Post Press Production Supervision competency unit describes the tasks of a person in charge in production department or unit. They are responsible for the post production process, during which they maintain clarity of information and good channels of communication The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify post press supervision requirements, validate daily production report, prepare staff appraisal, organise raw materials/printed materials for production, verify post press machine setting, verify post press proof (dummy), coordinate waste material disposal and prepare production report. The objective of this competency unit is to maximize production personnel, materials, machine capabilities and implement procedures to improve company efficiency and productivity. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | Learning Outcome The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure the whole process organised in accordance with project requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Identify post press production supervision requirements • Monitor post press production • Carry out staff monitoring • Organise raw materials/ printed materials for production • Verify post press machine setting • Organise post press finished product storage space/ location • Monitor waste material disposal • Prepare production report |
