Effective operation planning results in the optimal utilisation of resources such as manpower, equipment and materials The person who is competent in this CU will be able to identify blasting & coating scope of work, schedule blasting & coating activities, plan and monitor manpower loading, coating equipment loading and logistic mobilisation, manage documentation control and prepare progress report. The outcome of this competency is efficient and effective operation planning & control. |
