| Penerangan CU | Planning and control is an essential ingredient for success of an operation unit. It ensures that optimum utilisation and loading of resources is achieved, In the planning stage, expected costs are calculated while during the project implementation, all expenses are recorded and monitored to ensure they stay in line with the cost management plan The person who is competent in this CU will be able to analyse blasting & coating cost control requirements, control manpower, equipment, materials and consumables cost, monitor work progress and prepare blasting & coating operation cost control report. The outcome of this competency is efficient and effective cost control in blasting & coating operation to ensure sustainable project viability. |
