| Penerangan CU | Effective operation requires optimum utilisation of resources such as manpower, equipment and materials as well as efficient scheduling of work. The management personnel have to implement control strategies such as continuous monitoring and tracking, multitasking and regular maintenance to ensure that these resources are utilised in an optimum manner so that project target is met according to client requirements. The person who is competent in this CU will be able to identify blasting & coating operation control requirements, control manpower loading, equipment loading, materials utilisation, logistic mobilisation, inspection document flow and work progress and prepare operation control report The outcome of this competency is efficient and effective operation control of blasting & coating activities. |
