He/she is responsible in determining and executing ship organization chart, duties and task of all personnel onboard ship. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to determine vessel general arrangement, execute ship organization task and apply muster, fire plan, evacuation plan, sound and signal. The outcome of this competency is all onboard activities are maintained properly as per SOP. |
