| Penerangan CU | In the oil and gas industry, blasting & coating inspection works are part of a larger project. Blasting & coating inspection managers are required to liaise with their counterparts in other disciplines in carrying out their functions. They are also responsible for inspection personnel human resource (HR) matters as well as their training and development needs. The person who is competent in this CU will be able to analyse blasting & coating inspection project requirements , manage interfacing with other disciplines, manage inspection personnel HR matters, manage training and development, approve solutions for non-compliance activities, verify operation expenditure and prepare overall inspection reports. The outcome of this competency is efficient and effective management of overall blasting & coating inspection operation and the personnel involved to ensure that work target is achieved. |
