| Penerangan CU | The instrument & control maintenance needs to be disinfected after every usage to prevent infection during succeeding incisions. Due to the mechanical structure of the device, this must not happen with alcoholically disinfectant, as they would destroy the lubricants. Instead it has to be done in an autoclave after removing the drill, washing the instrument with water and lubricating it. The instrument & control troubleshooting is the identification of, or diagnosis of "trouble" in the management flow of a corporation or a system caused by a failure of some kind. The problem is initially described as symptoms of malfunction, and troubleshooting is the process of determining and remedying to the causes of these symptoms. The person who is competence in this Competency Unit shall be able to study instrument & control maintenance requirements, perform instrument & control preventive maintenance activities, perform instrument & control corrective maintenance activities, perform instrument & control trouble-shooting activities and prepare instrument & control maintenance and trouble-shooting report. The outcome of this competency is to sustain continuous process quality in accordance with operating and maintenance manual. |
