He/she is the person who monitor the pump condition, pipeline, pumping rate and valve for oil transferring activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor running transfer pump, monitor pumping pressure rate and monitor operation valve according to Safe Working Load. The outcome of this competency is oil are fully transferred safely from terminal to ship. |
