| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in “Pre-Operational Inspection”. He/she is responsible and accountable in checking and inspecting all equipment, tools and references ready for bunkering operation. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to Verify Material and Equipment Per-Checklist, Verify Material and Equipment Per-Job Order and Verify Equipments and Materials Per-Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Checklist. The outcome of this competency is all equipments and materials for bunkering operation are workable, functioned and in good condition according to job order and comply into port terminal and authorities requirement. |
