| Penerangan CU | Quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) compliance is and approach to ensure that the maintenance activities carried out comply with company quality policy and HSE requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine QHSE related document, apply permit to work (PTW) and job safety analysis (JSA), perform QHSE control and prepare QHSE report. The outcome of this competency is to perform maintenance work in compliance with quality policy health, safety and environment rules and regulations. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the efficiency of electrical equipment is maintained according to manufacturer’s standards and health, safety and environment requirements to ensure requirements are complied. |
