| Penerangan CU | Blasting & coating materials inspection refers to the process of checking and ensuring that blasting & coating materials received are in accordance with the specified requirements in the Approved Procedure. This inspection is done by review of batch/lot certificates and physical inspection of the materials. Any materials checked and found non-conforming shall be marked and warehouse will be informed. Blasting & coating materials are stored and handled according to manufacturer’s recommendations so as to avoid damage by environment or other effects. The person who is competent in this CU will be able to identify materials inspection requirements, check material specifications as per Approved Procedure, conduct physical inspection on blasting and coating materials, inspect storage requirements compliance and prepare material inspection report The outcome of this competency is to ensure that materials received are as per specification and approved procedure. |
