| Penerangan CU | Halal audit operation budgeting is the process in managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of business operation, and the distribution of allocations is done in the most cost-efficient manner. The person who is competent in halal audit operation budgeting shall be able to identify halal audit operation budget requirements, prepare budget planning, monitor, control and review existing budget and report halal audit operation budget activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. |
