| Penerangan CU | Halal assurance management system development involve in developing comprehensive policies and procedures for the company in accordance with regulatory and standards requirements such as municipal council requirements, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety. The person who is competent in halal assurance management system development shall be able to establish internal halal committee, identify and established halal assurance management system, develop halal assurance management system and evaluate the effectiveness of halal assurance management system. The outcome of this activity is to ensure that the management is able to develop and review an effective halal assurance management system. |
