He or She must be able to assist the Double Banking Berthing / UnBerthing Operation of barges in Port The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse operation order, administer crew preparation, monitor equipment preparation, proceed toward directed location and perform double banking berthing / unberthing of barge operation The outcome of this competency is to develop the tug master in assisting (double banking) Bething/UnBerthing of vessels or barge in accordance with port/employer expectation, best practices and requirement. |
