| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit Title describes the competency needed by person in carrying out Radar System Administration and Supervision activities. These activities are conducted by Radar Installation and Maintenance Technician and Supervisor. Administration is the interpretation and implementation of the policy set by an organisation characterised by control. It can be appointed by the owner of a business or a company. Supervision is a process which provides an individual with the opportunity to clarify and resolve issues and dilemmas presented by their clients and workplaces. It is widely used by human services workers and teams. The supervision process has been found to reduce the risk of burn-out, enhance work performance and increase job satisfaction. The purpose of the supervision process is to provide a safe, supportive opportunity for individuals to engage in critical reflection in order to raise issues, explore problems, and discover new ways of handling both the situation and oneself. A person who is competent in this Competency Unit shall be able to Assign Manpower-Works Distribution, Monitor and Supervise Work Progress, Maintain Spare Parts Inventory, Monitor Inventory Procurement, Maintain Inventory Master Log, Prepare Department’s Budget Forecast, Carry Out Professional Development Programs, Prepare Staff Performance Appraisal, Coordinate Department’s Meeting And Prepare Administrative and Supervisory Report in accordance with the customer and industry requirements. The outcome of this Competency Unit is persons that shall be able to provide excellent and quality Radar System Administration and Supervision to ensure customer satisfaction guaranteed and prompt action taken in accordance with industry Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Company’s Policies, Rules and Regulations. |
