| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit Title describes the competency needed by person in carrying out Radar System Commissioning. Commissioning is process by which an equipment, facility, or plant (which is installed, or is complete or near completion) is tested to verify if it functions according to its design objectives or specifications. These activities are conducted by Radar Installation and Maintenance Technician and Supervisor. He or she is directly involved and responsible in carrying out Radar System Commissioning activities in accordance with customer requirement and Company’s Operating Procedures and good Industrial Practices. Person who is competent in this Competency Unit shall be able to Carry Out Radar System Functioning Tests, Carry Out Radar System Performance Tests, Prepare Radar System Acceptance Test Protocols (ATP), Carry Out Radar System Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Prepare Radar System Site Acceptance Test Report (ATR), Carry out Radar System Final Acceptance Test (FAT), and Prepare Radar System Commissioning Report in accordance with the customer and industry requirements. The outcome of this Competency Unit is person that shall be able to provide excellent and quality Radar System Commissioning to ensure customer satisfaction guaranteed and prompt action taken in accordance with industry Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company’s policies, rules and regulations. |
