| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit Title describes the competency needed by persons in conducting Wireless Radio Quality Assurance Activities. Quality Assurance (QA) refers to the Engineering Activities implemented in a Quality System so that requirements for a product or service will be fulfilled. It is the systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention. Two principles of Quality Assurance include: • "Fit for Purpose" (the product should be suitable for the intended purpose); and • "Right First Time" (mistakes should be eliminated) Quality Assurance includes the followings: • Management of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; • Services related to production, and management; and • Production and inspection processes. He or she is directly involved and responsible in carrying out Wireless Radio Quality Assurance activities in accordance with customer requirement and Company’s Operating Procedures and good Industrial Practices. A person who is competent in this Competency Unit shall be able to Prepare Quality Assurance Documentations, Administer Quality Assurance Documentations, Monitor Wireless Radio Equipment Performance, Perform Test Equipment and Measurement Devices Calibration Process and Prepare Wireless Radio Quality Assurance Report in order to meet customer and industry requirement. The outcome of this Competency Unit is person that shall be able to provide excellent and quality Wireless Radio Quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction guaranteed and prompt action taken in accordance with industry Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Company’s Policies, Rules and Regulations. |
