| Penerangan CU | Mechanical Drawing Production Supervision is a competency of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all resources to produce mechanical drawing which fulfil client need in a way to achieve the desired organisational goals. Effective supervision will lead to effective team effort which produced quality mechanical drawing at an effective cost. The person who is competent in mechanical drawing production supervision will be able to perform mechanical drawing unit production planning, perform mechanical drawing production resources allocation, perform drawing office unit operation briefing, supervise mechanical drawing production and prepare unit operation performance report in accordance with prescribed standard and organizational requirements. An effective mechanical drawing production supervisor should be able to plan, organize lead and control subordinates with all allocated resources to achieve the prescribed short and long term objectives in accordance with organizational requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan, organize, lead and control the production team to accomplish all assigned tasks and achieve the specified objectives as required by the organization. He should ensure that all resources are correctly allocated and team members leaded toward goals achievement. His performance should be measured based on the pre-determined measurable objective assigned at the beginning of the performance appraisal period. In order to reach the Mechanical Drawing Production specified objective, he lead his team in ensuring that all Mechanical Drawing production assignments completed and goals accomplished within specified time frame, optimum cost and at the highest quality standard paid by the customer.
