| Penerangan CU | Employee Training and Development is a competency of imparting of specific skills, abilities and knowledge to an employee. The effective Employee Training and Development is important to prepare organization cope with rapid technological changes, quality product demand and improve profit margin to survive in a dynamic business environment and a competitive market. The person who is competent in Employee Training and Development will be able to perform Training Needs Analysis, plan Training and Development program, prepare Training and Development program requirements, deliver Training and Development program and conduct post training performance evaluation in accordance with prescribed standard and organizational requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to facilitate a formal and or informal process of transfer of the required knowledge, skills and attitude to a trainee or trainees using a various mode such as formal class training or workshop, on-the-job training, coaching to enable them to perform and or improve their work performance in accordance with organizational requirements. The trainers effectiveness are measured based on the improvement recorded on targeted job performance achieved within a given time frame by the trainees against the specified standard in a real working environment. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to : Perform Training Needs Analysis Perform Drafting Training and Development program planning Prepare Drafting Training and Development program requirements Perform Drafting Training and Development Program delivery.
