| Penerangan CU | Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) staff management a process that assists individuals in an agency or organization in attaining new skills and knowledge, gaining increasing levels of competence, and growing professionally. Various resources outside the agency employing the individuals may be used. The process may include such programs as orientation, in-service education, and continuing education The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan staff management activities, perform staff management, identify staff performance evaluation requirement, plan fibre optic staff performance evaluation and review session, conduct and review staff performance evaluation session, recommend staff performance achievement and improvement and report staff development management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company policy, SOP and job description. |
