| Penerangan CU | Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) Guideline and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is a document written to support a "Policy Directive". A Procedure is designed to describe Who, What, Where, When, and Why by means of establishing corporate accountability in support of the implementation of a "policy". The "How" is further documented by each organizational unit in the form of "Work Instructions" which aims to further support a procedure by providing greater detail The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify fibre optic guideline and SOP development requirements, plan fibre optic guideline and SOP development activities and manage guideline and SOP implementation. The outcome of this competency is to produce a rightful procedures which been carry out standard in order to develop a reputable and well managed organisation in accordance with company policy, SOP and Local Authority regulation. |
