| Penerangan CU | Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) network performance describes the preventive and corrective maintenance over time. All measurements for preventive maintenance shall be carried out as per prior agreed time schedule, which is given by the service provider/clients. On the other hand, corrective maintenance technician rectifies any faults or immediate breakdowns of fibre optic cables upon the detection or occurrence of a failure. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) maintenance work, manage FOC network performance activities, perform FOC network audit and prepare FOC network performance report The outcome of this competency is to fibre optic defect and maintain the condition of the fibre optic cable simultaneously, fix any damages occurred within the time frame in accordance with company policy, SOP and Local Authority regulation. |
