The race form development are required administer to review and conduct analysis for race project system, implementing race form project for sustainability of the operation of horse racing comprehensive and authoritative database to strategize draw bias on certain tracks, distance and potential. The person who is competent in race form development shall be able to review racing implementation, conduct race form analysis, implement pilot race form project, review project sustainability, propose new race form strategy and manage race form documentation.
