| Penerangan CU | Racehorse training human resources management is the staffing roles of racehorse education and training implementation domain and fundamental activities to oversight the human resources employment and deployment programs efficiently manage to soliciting all manpower capability monitored and theirs welfare and compensation is properly consolidated. The recruitment of manpower, staffing and workman competency enrichment program are rendered in supporting the implementation of racehorse education and training. The person who is competent in racehorse human resources management shall be able to review training implementation of manpower requirement, conduct staff recruitment, prepare operational deployment of staff, review work performance, prepare staff appraisal, staff relation activity and review needs for continuing professional development. The outcome of this competency is to enable human capital development of racehorse education and training implementation complying with Workmanship Policy and governance procedures. |
