| Penerangan CU | Racehorse training financial management is the sustainability and efficiency of racehorse education and training implementation fundamental. All cost inclusive estimated that will cover training fees, agistment, veterinary costs, farriers, transport, raceday costs, strappers, swimming pool fess, track fees, gear hire, chiropractor, supplements etc of implementing racehorse training programs are reviewed, accounted and feasibility managed. The person who is competent in racehorse training financial management shall be able to assess racehorse implementation programmes, racehorse implementation financial activity, prepare racehorse operational cost, review operational expenditures and manage training financial documentation. The outcome of this competency is to enable racehorse education and training implementation sustainability and accountability implemented complying with the racehorse development objectives |
