| Penerangan CU | Racehorse training material development is the instructional materials development function in the racehorse education and training. It is to provide trainers with the all necessary training information which includes horse training articles , horse psychology guideline, training DVDs, books, guidance & manual and support materials needed to enables trainers bring out the best of racehorse. The development of the training materials are review to ensure updated the current technology utilization, course of study and contents of syllabus meeting the standard of racehorse education and training to ensuring training is based on science and the theory of how horses learn. The person who is competent in racehorse training materials development shall be able to assess racehorse training standard requirement, prepare racehorse training curriculum, develop racehorse training materials, consolidate validation of document and propose training materials implementation. The outcome of this competency is to enable the training implementation equipped with all necessary information, articles and training resources and materials meeting the training standard complying with the implementation of racehorse education and training procedures. |
