Penerangan CURacehorse training needs analysis (TNA) is the management roles of the fundamental activities of racehorse education and training progression. The research, management support, orchestrating strategies for racehorse education & training and its implementation in managing resources for all trainers to support the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) programme aiming to implement the recommendations of the advancement, enrichment and the empowerment of racehorse training needs. The TNA shall aims to create a specifically targeted programme, designed to enable horseracing’s governing body to prioritise the funding and development of training courses, and effectively work towards meaningful solutions to the industry. The Training Needs Analysis survey has been designed to play an important role in understanding what training needs exist in order to help both employers and employees within the industry. It’s essential that to take the time to gather and listen to feedback, strategies, references from those at the forefront of the situation and by establishing the training needs that can then aiming to set the direction of development work and prioritise funding.

A person who is competent in racehorse training needs analysis shall be able to study racehorse training requirement, conduct training implementation assessment, prepare training individual training programmes, review training programmes implementation and produce training needs analysis

The outcome of this competency is to enable racehorse education and training needs analyzed in determining, recommendation and selecting of findings and strategies that maybe set and provide the direction of development and funding model in racehorse education and training complying with the implementation policy.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage the fundamental activities of racehorse education and training progression.
