| Penerangan CU | Mechanical draughting services departmental management is the competency of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all allocated resources to effectively run mechanical draughting services departmental functions in supporting the overall operation to achieve organizational goals. The person who is competent in mechanical draughting services departmental management will be able to formulate mechanical draughting services departmental strategic plan, perform mechanical draughting services annual business planning, perform mechanical draughting services management budget preparation, lead mechanical draughting services departmental strategic plan implementation, perform employee performance management, perform departmental human resource management, and perform mechanical draughting services management performance report.
