| Penerangan CU | Project management is the competency of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all allocated resources to complete the assigned project in order to achieve the desired objectives. The project development may be in the form of service project, production project, or any other type of activities with economic value. In managing the project, it is fundamental to accomplish the end product that meet the quality standard prescribed, cost efficient and within a given period of time. The person who is competent in project management will be able to analyze project management capacity, perform project planning, perform project contract management and documentation, perform project implementation, manage project cost. Manage project duration, manage project resources, Manage project integration implementation and Manage occupational safety & health. Effective project manager should be able to manage the assigned projects within the set time frame, complying with the prescribed standard, at optimum cost which met the contract terms that leads to optimum customers’ satisfaction for a long term profit in accordance with organization requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
