Penerangan CULeadership & professional development management is the competency of managing the human capital development in accordance with the current and future needs of the organization. The process covers identifying the training needs and measuring the impact of trainings on organizational development. Leadership & professional development management is an important effort in ensuring the contribution of organizational members toward achieving the organizational goals. Failure in this function will have a negative impact to organizational improvement.

The person who is competent leadership & professional development management will be able to perform departmental skill training needs analysis verification, perform departmental skill training & development program planning, perform skill training and development program requirements preparation verification, inspect skills training and development program delivery , perform post training impact evaluation

Effective leadership and professional development manager should be able to ensure that all supervisory and management staff posses the knowledge, skills and attitude that are required for the current and future duties, tasks and responsibilities at optimum cost, in line with the strategic business plan and in accordance with the organizational requirement.

The outcome of this cu is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure that all supervisory and management staff posses the knowledge, skills and attitude that are required for the current and future duties, tasks and responsibilities at optimum cost, in line with the strategic business plan and in accordance with the organizational requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:
Perform annual skills training plan and budget approval
Perform leadership and professional development needs analysis
Perform leadership and professional development Program planning
Prepare Human Capital Development budget proposal.
Perform leadership and professional development resources allocation
Manage departmental Leadership and Professional Development Program implementation.
