| Penerangan CU | Mechanical drawing filing administration is a competency in administering safe keeping, checking, retrieving and removing drawing files systematically whether in physical or digital forms. Mechanical drawing is the reference material that is very important to users and owners. Mechanical drawing with approval records often became binders for contract parties. An effective mechanical filing system requires disciplines, easy referencing, and safely removed and filed. The person who is competent in mechanical drawing filing administration will be able to perform pre-filing Mechanical Drawing inspection, perform drawing filing instruction issuance, perform periodical drawing storage audit, perform periodical drawing storage maintenance, administer digital drawing filing and administer Mechanical Drawing file issuance. Effective Mechanical drawing filing Administrator sould be able to administer safekeeping of all drawings physically and electronically, esily located and retrieved, all amendments immediately recorded, with the usage of trusted document safety system, at effective cost in accordance with organizational requirements.
