| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in ship electronic navigation maintenance. He or she is the person who is responsible to maintain the Electronic Navigation system to ensure the directions and locations of ship are accurate for smooth sailing and identification. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to organize electronic navigation servicing job schedule, carry out electronic navigation resources acquisition, perform electronic navigation equipment servicing, testing, and prepare electronic ship electronic navigation maintenance report. The outcome of this competency is to produce personnel with the ability and alertness to maintain the reliability, accuracy and safety of the ship electronic navigation system for smooth sailing in accordance with The 2010 Manila Convention Standard Training Certification and Watch-keeping (STCW 2010), Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS) and industry standard of practice. |
