The person who is competent in customer services development shall be able to verify customer relationship, manage customer relationship and evaluate customer satisfaction index

The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent customer services by enhancing customer relationship and obtaining and assessing customer satisfaction data and managing customer complaint so that key performance indicator of customer satisfaction data can be increased and service contracts can be extended for a longer period.
