Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements to assess market survey data, interpret Industrial trend by conducting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats specific analysis on market survey data, then acquire business information and determine source of business opportunities based on current business trends, shall understand and implement the best strategies in securing business/contracts for the organization. he/ she is able to understand and interpret the financial report, manage cash flow, project costing, prepare the business plan and yearly budget and is able to control expenses according to budget. Thereafter, plan, review, justify and develop business development strategy, apply methods and determine purpose to obtain business opportunity information to finalize and acquire approval for updated business contracts.

The person who is competent in business development management be able to develop marketing strategy, review business contract, develop new business opportunities, carryout billing document verification and develop business plan and budget.
The outcome of this competency is to provide business development management to assess market survey data, determine source of business opportunities based on current business trends and develop business development strategy and review business opportunity information to finalize and acquire approval for updated business contracts and seek for new business opportunities to elevate company’s existing business.
