| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements for activities that including the supporting of loading process, unloading and installation of the radiation sources stored underwater in the storage pool or dry source storage facility to the irradiator machine. The person who is competent in radiation source replenishment handling requirements shall be able to assist pre-installation of radiation source, support installation of radiation sources and handle post installation of radiation source. The outcome of this competency is to provide the handling of radiation sources that requires skill, competence and experience to ensure all activities in the process is carried out under strict operational and environmental safety condition specified by local and international industry standards. |
