The person who is competent in ship hull construction quality control shall be able to carry out marking and cutting compliance check, carry out ship assembly works quality compliance check, carry out ship equipment, furniture and fittings installation compliance check, carry out ship piping fitting quality compliance check, carry out surface preparation and painting quality compliance check, carry out tank testing and prepare quality control report in accordance with ship construction specification.
