| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in basic emergency response in a forest plantation operation. He or she is responsible to perform basic forest fire prevention, practices first-aid and conduct basic health and safety activities in the workplace under supervision in accordance with SOP. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to carry out basic forest fire prevention activities, fire monitoring duties, first-line forest fire response in a forest plantation situation; apply first aid; and carryout basic work place health and safety activities. The outcome of this competency is to establish emergency response readiness in forest plantation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to establish emergency response readiness in forest plantation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Carry out basic forest fire prevention and monitoring activities. 2. Carry out first-line response to small forest fires. 3. Perform First Aid practices at work place. 4. Carry out basic health and safety activities in the work place. |
