| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in planting activities (planting under supervision). He or she is responsible in clearing vegetation, perform manual felling work, pre-plant weed control, assess quality of planting material, care for planting material and perform planting activities. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to perform under-brushing work, manual tree felling, pre-planting manual weed control, pre-planting chemical weed control, planting material assessment, caring of seedlings in the field and perform planting activities. The outcome of this competency is to establish the site with vigorous and healthy plants at the required stocking per hectare. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to establish the site with vigorous and healthy plants at the required stocking per hectare. Upon completion of this competency unit, the trainees will be able to:- 1. Perform under- brushing work 2. Perform manual felling work. 3. Perform pre-planting manual weed control 4. Perform pre-planting chemical weed control 5. Assess quality of planting material 6. Care for planting material 7. Perform planting activities. |
