| Penerangan CU | Incident administration is a process to deal with incidents and accidents which occurs on board the vessel during voyage. The person who is competent in incident administration will be able to implement stop work policy when an incident/accident occurs and take control of the situation by handling the incident/ accident, summarize information for notification, investigate, and report the incident/accident to Master. The person will also be able to administer the injured person as advised by shore medical support team. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure that incident/accident is responded and handled to in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance to company SOP |

Submit post incident reports |
