As agrees working documentation developed before assign PWDs in the organisation, through this competency, all the PWDs welfare would be monitored in order to make sure a better workplace environment for the PWDs. A competent person in this CU shall be able to monitor company facilities, monitor PWDs transportation, monitor PWDs accommodation and monitor PWDs medical arrangement. The outcome of this competency is the process which involve in monitoring of PWDs welfare can be performed with systematically and efficiently to meet PWDs requirement. |
